We’ll take you out to the ball game

And shoot hoops upon the courts.

We’ll swim and bike and roller skate

As we play All Sorts of Sports!

We’ll discover what it’s like to bend

And jump then shoot and score!

We’ll be the all star player as

The crowds begin to roar.

We’ll know which ball is which

And roll them to a friend or two.

We’ll stretch and kick and have some fun

And shout HOORAY!  YAHOO!!

Pompoms shake up high and low;

For each player give a cheer.

We’ll be so very proud to be

The athlete of the year.
